Redefining Your ‘NORMAL’

Giving Women 40+ a New Expectation of What
They Are Supposed To Feel Like!

Women-trioThere were 477 million women suffering from menopause in 2005…By the year 2025, the World Health Organization estimates that 1.1 billion women worldwide will be age 50 or over… and postmenopausal

Research Shows: There are 43 million women in the US between 40 – 60, 6 million in the UK and 4 million in Australia. From pre to post menopausal 80% suffering from menopausal symptoms!

When it comes to answering that particular question there are a multitude of answers or possibilities. We all know that. Not one us are the same and not one of us suffers in the same the way or to the same degree. The one thing that is for sure is that every single female in this big wide world will go through menopause and that is guaranteed.

As statistics have shown us, 80% of all women will experience some degree of symptoms whether it be mild or severe… scary thought for some and it is when you feel all alone, not knowing. Not knowing what or why this is happening to you.

You see when we are feeling so low and so bad it is human nature to get stuck in the problems and to focus on what is wrong. The more we focus on them the worse they get and the more problems we attract. However, as women we have such a motherly instinct to help or tend to everyone else’s needs that we neglect our own. As the days go by we get use to how bad we feel and start to accept all our aches and pains, tiredness, bloating, weight gain, and cravings as ‘Normal’.

So what you are experiencing or feeling right now is your ‘Normal’.

is-it-normal Is it?

No it is not!

Your ‘Normal’ has been lost in the problems you are experiencing right now.

So what is ‘normal’?

  • When you wake up you feel refreshed and invigorated ready to attack the day like a tiger… just as if you have slept really deep. Your energy levels are high upon waking and throughout the entire day. Night time fatigue and feeling drained is a thing of the past.
  • After you eat your food digests quickly. Your mental focus and energy increases after eating. You have no bloating after eating. You have fewer cravings after eating and don’t feel hungry for about 2 -4 hours after eating.
  • Falling into a deep sleep is quick and easy. You sleep through the night without having to go to the toilet.
  • You have long-lasting mental focus. It is easy to concentrate because you are relaxed. Your mind is clear and you live a less stressful life.
  • You are not an emotional martyr. You hormone levels are balanced and stable along with your energy levels. Your body is so relaxed that crankiness is non existent and you are calm and poised.
  • When you workout, you should recover from it very quickly and be ready to go again. You can jump, cough, sneeze at any time without any leakage and you have no weight or body image issues at all.
  • Your strength and muscle tone is increasing. Your posture is straighter and flexibility is good. Aches and pains are a thing of the past. Your stamina and endurance is very high.
  • You feel sexy, confident and in control of every situation and your sex life is sensual and exciting. You are in love with YOU!

You will by now have a good idea of where you are right now in terms of what ‘normal’ should feel like for you and what your ‘normal’ actually is.

I know I do.

Understanding what you are experiencing right now (Menopause), how you would like to feel and taking the action necessary (Redefining Your ‘NORMAL) will ultimately lead you to your outcome(Wisdom and Feminine Power).

Trust me when I say that as women 40+ we DO NOT have to put up with feeling yukky on a daily basis and we must not let menopause rob us of our dignity or who we are as an individual. As women we must stand united, hand in hand and hold onto what is rightfully ours… our self worth.

We can do this together!

Always Smiling
